Request Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Elemental Astro account and related data in two ways.

1. Delete in the app
Open Elemental Astro → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account → confirm.
This will permanently delete your account and associated data.

2. Request by email
If you prefer, email info@elementalastro.io with the subject “Delete My Account.”
Please send the email from the same address linked to your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage subscriptions in your store account.
