Modern Interpretation
A contemplation hexagram about the leader who influences not by command but by visible example. Wind moves over earth; the wind shapes everything it touches without forcing. The classical counsel is that the right kind of leader at this moment teaches by being watched; speech is less effective than embodiment. In modern terms this is the founder phase where personal example sets culture, the parent whose children learn by seeing what is actually done, the elder whose authority comes from a life witnessed.
